What do you think of my christmas poem?

The Christmas Angel (inspired by the song "my favorite things"):



Bubbly blue blankets, lovely pink scarves

Soft whispered wishes, bright shooting stars

Choir bells ringing, a boy and girl singing

These are what make Christmas warm



Dear Creme Brulee, Sweet Lemon Tarts

Mellow Meringue and cute candy hearts

Velvety Rosepetals, chocolate delights

These are what make Christmas warm



Snowflakes and kittens and cozy firesides

Children in slippers with no joy to hide

Love wrapped in presents with rainbows inside

This is what makes Christmas warm



Her laugh that comforts, her soul that shines

Her breathtaking eyes I can't describe in lines

Her smile to melt for, and the lips it adorns

She's what makes my Christmas warm

Reply:It’s very pleasant. However, if you’re looking for an honest opinion, from someone you don’t know- it’s pretty childish and plain and it has no literary significance. Nevertheless, because of its simplicity and naivety it is charming and pure.
