I'm not sure if this is a Christmas song or not, but it's usually played around it. I don't know any of the lyrics but it's basically singing about if God was from space. Er--ring any bells?

Reply:Could it be "From a distance"? It has been recorded by Bette Midler and others. (I heard country singer Kathy Mattea do it.)
Or maybe, "If God was one of Us" by Joan Osbourne.
