I am looking for a CD with popular christmas songs on it, I only wan't brass band or up beat jazzy songs like Jingle Bells, Winter Wonderland, and other ones like that. I do NOT wan't a lot of vocal on it. To clarify again, it has very few vocals, and is either up beat jazz or brass band. By up beat jazz and brass band I mean the music that you would think of on the street durring christmas time, with the trumpets and band instruments. What CD would have brass band as well as up beat jazzy christmas songs on it?
There's a good one called "A Jazzy Christmas in New Orleans" by The Bourbon Street Players that's all upbeat New Orleans-style brass band music. Also look for traditional brass groups with Christmas CDs like The London Brass or The Canadian Brass. It will be hard to find one that has all upbeat songs - most of them will have a few slow ones like Silent Night.
