Reply:Ramadan is a time of introspection through fasting and prayer. Eid is the holiday which is celebrated for a period of 3 days following the end of Ramadan. This time is celebrated by visiting family and friends, exchanging gifts, giving to charity and putting up decorations. Reply:Not eating for 8-9 hours is not starving yourself. You should try it, you might lose some weight. Just start out with at least 15 minutes between meals Krispy Kreme.
