wrap yarn around it (again.. glue as you go)
bows on near bells?

Reply:Glue anything you want to, as long as it is sturdy. Some red and white stripes to make it look like a candy cane would be cute.
Better idea? go get some leather cord small enough to thread through the jingle bells, and tie it around her wrist. Could loop it around several times. Could make a necklace, too.
