Reply:I have two. One because it is lovely, Silent Night. And one because I can sing along, I know all the words and hand gestures, Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer! It is great to motion along with at stop lights to embarrass the kids!
Reply:"jingle bell rock" is always special to me because i used to hear it on the radio and in the shopping malls when my parents would take me and my siblings out for christmas shopping. that song has mind-melded into my brain with the memories of christmas lights and decor and that christmasy feeling you get when you're a kid. i'm an adult now, but that song always transforms me into a four year old again, and christmas ain't christmas till i hear it. = )
Reply:well for Carols I love 'Away In A Manger' and 'Joy To The World'

For songs Nat Cole's ' The Christmas Song' ( best ever!!!) and

Reply:I have to say my favorite song is "Grown Up Christmas List" by Natalie Cole. However, "Away in a manger" and "Silent Night" are always special to me because that is the ones my mom always played and sang to us as little kids.
"Grown Up Christmas List"
Do you remember me
I sat upon your knee
I wrote to you
With childhood fantasies
Well, I'm all grown up now
Can you still help somehow
I'm not a child
But my heart still can dream
So here's my lifelong wish
My grown-up Christmas list
Not for myself
But for a world in need
No more lives torn apart
That wars would never start
And time would heal all hearts
Every man would have a friend
That right would always win
And love would never end
This is my grown-up
Christmas list
What is this illusion called
The innocence of youth
Maybe only in their blind belief
Can we ever find the truth
There'd be no more lives torn apart
And wars would never start
And time would heal all hearts
Every man would have a friend
And right would always win
And love would never end
This is my grown-up Christmas list
This is my only lifelong wish
This is my grown-up Christmas list
Reply:One of my favorite carols is The Little Drummer Boy, because it has such a meaningful story and brings out the true meaning of Christmas. I also love Carol of the Bells, because it is so beautiful it sometimes brings tears to my eyes.
Reply:sleigh ride - the symphonic version with the little jazz kick towards the end with that syncopation release.
